We are one of the world brand shoes Manufacturing Company located in Karawaci – Legok Tangerang area, looking for dedicated individual for below position:

MANAGEMENT TRAINEE (MT)

Candidates will Responsible for the following activities:

* All activities and process on manufacturing areas
* All activities and process on supporting areas
* Industrial Relation Activities
* Comply with HSE activities
* Quality Management Activities


Requirement:

* S1 / D3 from university/engineering/all faculty
* Male or Female, age not over than 27 years old
* Fluent in written and verbal English. Mandarin ability will be also an advantage
* Capable to operate computer (All Microsoft Office)
* Willing to be placed in Legok Tangerang
* Excellent in leadership skill and interpersonal & communication skill as well
* Strong Initiative and Motivation
* Positive in work attitudes, initiative, strong desire for results, able to work under pressure to catch up the target
* Year experience needed & Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply S1/D3 from university/engineering
