Responsibilities:

  • Handle on/off-boarding processes that related to HR Administration
  • Liaise with other team within and outside CES that related to the process
  • Liaise with CES counterpart in other country and regional offices
  • Liaise with the respective vendors Work together with HRRM in managing the on-boarding/off-boarding process
  • Ensure that all processes comply as per local law and Citibank policy and procedures

Requirements:

  • Minimum of Bachelor degree with with relevant experience in managing team and vendors
  • Well organized, dedicated and effectively meet deadlines
  • Proven ability to manage numerous details in a multiple-priority, and fast-paced work environment
  • Strong Project Management skills with attention to details.
  • Strong interpersonal skill with emphasis on customer relations and problem solving abilities.
  • Strong English and Indonesian communication and interpersonal skills in relationship among low, middle and high level management
  • Reliable team-player, quick learner and strong commitment to professional ethics
  • Self-motivated, hard worker, independent
