Responsibilities:
- Handle on/off-boarding processes that related to HR Administration
- Liaise with other team within and outside CES that related to the process
- Liaise with CES counterpart in other country and regional offices
- Liaise with the respective vendors Work together with HRRM in managing the on-boarding/off-boarding process
- Ensure that all processes comply as per local law and Citibank policy and procedures
Requirements:
- Minimum of Bachelor degree with with relevant experience in managing team and vendors
- Well organized, dedicated and effectively meet deadlines
- Proven ability to manage numerous details in a multiple-priority, and fast-paced work environment
- Strong Project Management skills with attention to details.
- Strong interpersonal skill with emphasis on customer relations and problem solving abilities.
- Strong English and Indonesian communication and interpersonal skills in relationship among low, middle and high level management
- Reliable team-player, quick learner and strong commitment to professional ethics
- Self-motivated, hard worker, independent
