Account Payble & Account Receivable (AP & AR)
Job Responsibilities:
• Male/Female, Bachelor degree Majoring Accounting (min. GPA: 3.0).
• To conduct the examination of invoices - invoices received to ensure completeness and validity.
• Doing the input of transactions - transactions into e-tax returns to ensure that all reports have been submitted with accurate and timely.
• Preparing the daily outstanding balance (DO) to provide accurate information to management on daily outstanding position DO.
• Creating AR Aging Report and Reconciliation monthly for confirmation and inspection for compliance with the financial statements.
• Coordinate with suppliers to the completeness problem billing documentation to ensure that all billing is correct.
