Duties and responsibilities:
• Manage MICE department, together with one assistant
• Create and submit detailed proposals and quotations to potential clients
• Organise inspection trips for clients and accompany clients when required.
• Oversee ground operations and customer service for in house groups
• Develop new tour programs and new products for Incentive groups in Bali
• Communicate with sales offices

Qualifications and requirements:
• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar management position
• Background in tourism hospitality or Travel
• Good analytical and communication skills, strong negotiation skills
• Good existing network with suppliers in Bali
• Good command of English, both speaking and writing
• Able to work under pressure and ability to work in a team
• Indonesian citizen
